lb hamburger

1/2 envelope onion soup mix

1/2 cup water mixed with soup mix

1/2 pkg cornbread stuffing

1 egg

sounds good except Mr. finicky cat, husband, doesn't like onion. I'd have to make mine separate.

Thanks for the recipe.....I love meatloaf & mini meatloaf pans are a great idea......I also have picky eaters plus smaller loaves should cook quicker! Two fabulous ideas!!!

You can also use a large muffin tin. They have 6 cups and make big muffins...works great for mini meatloaves too.

Just wanted to add that I had recently heard from my dog's vet about the problem with onions and dogs. But she also said the same thing about garlic. I hadn't heard about the problem with either one. The meatloaf sounds good.
