Anyone love Ted's Hot Dogs??? Coming to QVC Soon!

Yes, WNY Ted's Hot Dog addicts (and AZ people too).

Our local paper just said that Sahlen's hot dogs will be sold on QVC!!! They said that 8/20 was the tentative date they would first appear.

They're wonderful but must be made on an open grill; I don't have one. I wonder if Wegman's sells them; they sell a lot of WNY products. I'd kill for a roast beef on kimmelwick sandwich.

I bake mine in the oven until they burst open.

20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

I'm going to drive by one today on my way to Trader Joe's. LOVE Ted's onion rings!

Yes, Wegman's sells them...a LOT of them!

If you are outside of WNY, ask the store manager about carrying them locally.

Wow glad to hear that news. I live on Long Island but have cousins in the Buffalo area. Every time I go up there Ted's is one of my major stops.

Why would they have to be cooked on an open grill? Or, is just a personal preference?

I have never heard of these but I LOVE hot dogs!! Not crazy about the fat ones sold by KC or Nathans with no skin. Do they have the skin so they split when cooked?? Are they thin??? Cant wait to see them!!
