Perhaps a silly question (about grapes)

I bought some seedless concord table grapes at Aldi; I love the flavor of concord grape juice, and figured these would taste the same.

Well, they do...except for the skins, which are tough and bitter. So...are you supposed to slip the grapes out of their skins on this kind of grape before you eat them?
