I have a Julia Child DVD, that shows how to steam the live lobster, then how to make Lobster Sauteed in Madeira Cream.

I had the video version at school, and the kids just oohed and awed when she cooked the lobster.

For the most part I believe in basics when it comes to seafood. My first choice for lobster is boiled, and dipped in lemon butter.

When I want to go a little fancy I break it into pieces, crack the shells, and drop the whole thing into a pot of fra diavolo sauce, and serve with a long pasta.

A fisherman caught a rare yellow lobster, the other day. It was a 30M to 1 chance of getting one with that color.

grilled from puerto nuevo mexico.....and melted butter on the side.....and some fresh limes for squeezing.
