LOve anything with pineapple in it especially upside down cake!! I made for the first time a pineapple upside down cheesecake!! Make it in a springform pan & it turned out fantastic!!

My husband makes the best pineapple upside down cake, tons of butter. He's out of town this week and now I'm thinking that I want one, ha, ha. As soon as he's rested up, I'm going to hound him to make one.
