Can anyone suggest a cookie sheet that won't warp when it goes in the oven?

I have that problem too!

Pampered Chef makes great cookie sheets. Mine never warp in the oven.

I buy my cookie sheets at a restaurant supply store (never have noticed brand) and they never do that.

I own TFal, that I have been using since the 1980's, and a set of Cook's Essential for more years than I can count, and have never had that problem, and throw them all in the dishwasher, and nothing sticks or bucks............ I use them multiple times weekly, from baking bacon, or sausages, or hot dogs, or under a pie, or casserole...........

I bought a pan that looks like the pans I always see used on the cooking shows. I got my pan at kitchen collection, and I can't remember the brand. It may have been their own brand.

It looks very similar to this pan. About 13x18x1-inch.

My two favorites are my Airbake and Doughmakers. In fact my Airbake cookie sheets are probably over 30 years old, get used pretty much every week and even though they have a small amount of warping, my Impossible pies bake up nice and even no evidence of the warping. I like them both very much and have other baking pans and such from both.

2nd time in the oven BOING!!!..so, cross that one off your list!
