I know peanut oil is really expensive, but Aldi has a special purchase on what is, I think, a gallon sized bottle: $10.98.

Sooner, I didn't think to look, but I'm going to go back and get some if it's from a "good" place - I'll let you know.

RocketMom, is it 100% peanut oil or is it a blend?

Is it 100% peanut oil. I have noticed in stores that they have a blend now. You really have to watch those labels. I found some Non-GMO Canola oil at the grocery store the other day for about $8 for a quart.

We bought it there last year and used it to deep fry the Thanksgiving turkey. If you're interested for Thanksgiving, I'd buy it now because it goes fast

How do you know that it is non GMO since they are not required to label if it is?

Checked the Costco Peanut oil and it is 100% sourced from US, Argentina, India and Senegal. Does have an anti-foaming agent, but even my small bottle from whole foods has that.

On the bottle by Better Body it says Organic Cold-Pressed Raw, Vegan, GMO Free, Gluten Free, Certified Organic. I found some more GMO Free or Organic which is not allowed to contain anything GM on Amazon. I searched Better Body online & did not see it among their products available. I don't know if that means they are no longer going to make it or what is going on. It's on Amazon but not in stock right now.
