Yes, my husband did one in our Versacooker and don't do what he did!!! {#emotions_dlg.scared}{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

He decided to do it on low for 4 hours and poured in a some chardonnay for moisture. The white wine carmelized and burnt onto rack and needed to be soaked for two days to get it clean...

The good news is the ham was fine, the cooker pot & rack (eventually) cleaned up nicely.

If I were to do it again, I'd use some Better Than Bouillon ham stock or just plain water, maybe with a little liquid smoke, and do it a shorter period of time as low on the versacooker runs pretty hot. (We're not into the whole honey/sweet glazed ham deal as we usually use the scraps for pea or bean soup later.)

One tip I learned from trying to use my VersaCooker for my Christmas ham. Make sure your ham is the right size to fit into the cooker, mine was just too big and I had to use the oven. Good luck!
