Need help with moving small appliances on my granite countertop

I have a Vitamix and a Kitchenaid Stand mixer which are both very heavy to move, especially for someone with painful arthritis in my hands.

Can you suggest anything to put under them to help them slide easier on a granite countertop?

I can't be the only person who has experienced this type of problem.
