Princess cut diamonique tennis bracelet

I recently ordered this, but now I have read reviews that many customers had problems with the clasp a few of them lost the bracelet. I thought qvc had a high standard for quality control, if there was a problem with the clasp, has it been fixed. I have not received my bracelet yet. I really don,t want to have to return it
