I lost a crystal in one of my JR ceramic watches. Any ideas on how to get it replaced will be appreciated.

If you have a local watch repair they should be able to replace the crystal.

ETA: if by crystal, you mean a DMQ stone, you should call Customer Service since it should have a lifetime guarantee.

Thank you Smarty, I'll do that tonight. Much appreciated. BTW, it is one of the DMQ stones.

You are welcome! I'm sorry I misunderstood at first...but they should be able to send it out for repair.

Call CS, they will send you an envelope to return the piece. It may take a few weeks, both to get the envelope and to have the item returned.

Any time you buy a watch with crystals or Diamonique, you're likely to eventually lose stones because they're just glued in and the glue dries out.
