Tough decision: garnet heart bracelet review w/pics

Like some others have said, it's a pretty little thing:

/></p> <p>Emphasis on little:</p> <p><img src=

For me, personally, it feels too dwarfed by bigger cuffs, like "The Cuff". And too little of a statement paired with "Little Sister":

/></p> <p>It looked just OK with <img src=

But really nice with one of my watches: /></p> <p>It's a pretty, sparkly, well-constructed bracelet with nice stones and a certain sweetness that I find very refreshing (and different from most of my JR wardrobe.) If it was half the cost, I'd be in all the way. But I have to ask myself, is this really worth almost $300? Guess I've got some time to decide, but it'll be a tough decision. I would hate to send such a sweet little piece back only because the price tag wasn't sweet enough. Might happen though.</p> <p> </p>

I love it though. I think it is so pretty and dainty; I don't think it is the kind of bracelet I would, personally, wear with other things. I think it is just beautiful all on its own - it doesn't need the layered look. Just a pretty little treat on the wrist. I would wear it with a t-shirt, run around town doing my errands, and every now again look at my wrist and see this sweet thing. Love it. I have it my wish list, but spent too much for me between JR last visit and Vicenza day....(love the necklace too - that is what I would wear with it - nothing else). Your other jewels are beautiful - thanks for sharing the pic!

I like it a lot with the little sis and the watch. I own all three and the way you have it paired gave me an idea! Thanks!!

I sent mine back because of the price. I would have kept it either if the bracelet was more substantial or if the price was $100 lower. While I liked the bracelet, I just couldn't justify it for the price. I purchased it before the presentation and loved the fact that there was no diamonique and the link style was different from anything I have . I will definatley pick this one up again if it goes on a reasonable clearance price.

This is exactly what is nagging at me. Sweet bracelet, something different and well-done. It also fits my wrist beautifully, something I struggle with because I'm in-between a small and an average. Would love to keep this pretty little thing. But almost $300. Really? I'll have to see whether it grows on me enough to overwhelm the logical choice, which is to do what you did.

librisfb - I like the way the bracelet fits you. Mine, in size average, was way too long and had too much drape. It flipped over right away. I wish it had fit correctly but I had to return it. Did you buy the size small or average?

Small. My wrist is about 6.25 inches and the small in this bracelet is perfect. Darn it. Another reason to be tempted to keep it.

I think it is Rhodalite, not Garnet. Maybe the Rhodalite stones are more expensive to cause the price.
