Honora TSV-no pouch

I just received my Honora TSV necklace, but did not receive the floral jewelry pouch mentioned on air and in the item description. Anyone else not receive one with their order? I talked to customer service, and they are looking into it. Just curious if they ran out.

nope. mine came in a box, no pouch.

I ordered 5 for gifts; none came with a pouch! They also came in cheesy black boxes instead of the nice green ones. I guess this is what has happened since they sold the company.

I didn't get the pouch either - and was surprised - also felt the same way about the box - as grandma r said, cheap looking black box.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I even watched the video again, and the host clearly says it comes with the floral pouch. I guess someone messed up. I also hate the flimsy black box it came in. Thanks to all who answered.

Hello, I did not get a pouch either. I did the chat now feature on this website and told her I did not receive one. They sent it right out. Got it yesterday. I am sure they will do the same for others, after all they sell them also so I don't think they ran out.
