Does anyone know which is the necklace she has on cover of 360 page?

It looks like a black cord with Y at the end, and the long drop has gold studs.

The necklace on 360 page is one she bought in Italy. It's actually is a long gold cross made up of the beads. So cool! So many people have asked about it that she'll probably make it in her GILI line.
