Spoke with Beth via e-mail today.....

and she gave me a phone number to call the Madison Avenue store....I thought it was closed? She said ask for Irene or Michelle.

Is the store closed or not? Doesn't sound like it. Now confused.

Yes, sad to say that the flagship store on Madison is closed, but the smaller store on Madison will remain open. I left a bracelet at the flagship store for repair and was told that I should pick it up next month at the smaller store since the flagship store closed. I will miss that beautiful jewel box of a store!
