Crabs: sea life theme, or Zodiac sign?

I was in TJ Maxx today. They had a sea creatures jewelry display, with necklaces and earrings in starfish and turtle designs, and the cutest crab pendant.

Would you wear a crab necklace just because you like the sea? Or do you think of crabs as Cancer-only and if you're a different sign, then you avoid them?

I love goats, but I don't know that I'd wear a goat necklace if I wasn't a Capricorn.

I would wear a crab necklace just because- not linked to the zodiac. I would wear a lobster too!

I think it can be used for either reason. My husband's zodiac sign is the crab, maybe I should buy one for him! I always told him he was born under the appropriate sign!

I would indeed wear a little crab neckace or a charm on my bracelet. I live in MA, I love the sea and the beach. I usually go with sea shells when I want something nautical but a crab would work just as well. Now you have me wishing for little 14k crab pendant....

I LOVE nautical jewelry. Nautical anything, actually!!

I would wear crabs, seahorses, starfish, mermaids, shells. Actually if I saw someone wearing a piece of crab jewelry it wouldn't even enter my mind that they were wearing it as a zodiac symbol. That's how obsessed with the sea/beach I am, LOL!
