First time EVER!!! I need info on a guarantee

About 12 or so years ago I bought a 3 stone Diamonique ring with "Celebrate" written inside it. The companion upsell was a band ring with "Memories" inscribed inside it. I still enjoy and wear them both, and was annoyed to note this morning that one of the tiny stones is missng from Memories. Will the Q replace that missing stone for me? If not I will definitely pay to have it done- I just have heard about Diamonique guarantees in the past, and now that I need one, I wondered how any of you had made out if you requested this service. Not sure yet whether I have the original receipt or not.

If I were you I'd make a call to Customer Service and find out what they say, or ask to speak with a CS Mgr about it. It may just be easier, quicker and safer to have a jewel reset a stone. I'm sure they'll have very nice likely to the diamonique. I say safer just in case your ring gets lost in the carrier service.
