Why is the J. Rivers' LTS More Expensive Than the Clearance Price?

The clearance price on the J. Rivers' LTS cuff was $26 and change. The LTS price is $27. I thought the LTS price was always the lowest?????

Generally I have found that the LTS is lower than the clearance price, if it doesn't sell out and reverts back to that price. I can't think of an LTS I have bought recently where the clearance price was less.
