Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice and I should have my head examined... I finally received one about a week ago, and tried using it online today....I received a message that I had to call in the order. Which I did. They also offered me a "Q Card" at the same time. I wondering if that is why. Be kind to dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with ketchup.
