OMG! Apparently the person responsible for naming the earrings doesn't know what the Spanish Inquisition entailed. Because I can't see anyone naming a piece of jewelry after a period in history known for religious intolerance, forced conversions, torture, repression etc. It truly is mind boggling. What comes next? A set of Concentration Camp dinnerware?

"No one ever expects the Spanish Inquisition!" - Monty Python

Wow, just wow, it is hard to believe that a piece of jewelry was named after something so horrendous.
