They should separate from one side when you peel them apart. Almost like separating an egg shell. Hope this helps. I love the magnetic clasps!

This is really easy to visualize and hard to say. Pretend the magnet is a book and you are opening it at the center with both hands. (The fingers stay together in the back and the thumbs spread the magnets apart) They are a lot stronger than they used to be and I'm learning to like them, after losing a bracelet years ago, one from Joe Esposito. If all else fails you can have your jeweler put on a different type of clasp.

Yes, but be careful at work.......I've actually picked up a pair of scissors off my desk with one of them! Also, make sure you don't wear it on the same wrist with a watch. The magnet will mess up the time on it (they should tell people this during the presentations).

And if you're working on a laptop, take the bracelet off. It can seriously mess up your computer!
