Pave Crystals "Steel by Design"

I have ordered a few pieces of the Steel by Design with Pave crystals. BUT the crystals are falling out. seems like right after the refund time is up too! :/

I have a couple of rings that I can no longer wear because they are missing stones.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to keep the crystals from falling out? does clear fingernail polish work?

No tips for you, but you CAN still send something back after the 30 days if it is clearly falling apart. Mark "defective" on the invoice.

I put a light coat clear nail polish over the stones to kind of keep them ""glued"" in.
