It gets scratched

I am baffled by the reviews on jewelry by those who purchase a piece and return it because they scratched the piece by wearing it. I am wondering if these same people drive a new car for a day or two and then return it when it gets scratches?

I think ""It tarnishes"" is equally as ridiculous. I always have to throw away five or six dinner forks every holiday because of that one! NOT!!!!!!

I know I just don't get it. And then there are the people that are returning handbags because the leather scratches. If that is what they want they shouldn't use it at all!!
