Isaac Moc Inner Sole Problem

Not sure if anyone else had this problem, but in 2 different styles of Isaac mocs (size 7-1/2) the inner soles were bunched up at the toes. Sent back one, and the new one came back the same way. Blisters waiting to happen. Not the quality I am used to from Isaac.

The insoles got flat after wearing a few months. I bought the teal suede. They look fabulous but I would suggest to only wear inside and maybe once a month.

I have a number of shoes that are still good but need new linings. Do any of you know about getting this done?
