I thought the same thing, BUT, he did have a TSV and at his age (probably around my age) you do not spring back as fast after an all-nighter. ${#emotions_dlg.biggrin}$ I do hope we soon see the zippy, peppy ole Phillip back.

I bet he was extremely tired having had the TSV , it must be stressful ....but he still had that smile and sweet personality .

I thought he was a cutie pie back in the day - when he first started on the Q. However, age has a way of changing our hotness into warmth. Hmmmm.....he's still a very good vendor, doesn't matter how he looks!!

He's had so much cosmetic work on his face he just doesn't look like the same Phillip anymore.

I heard him say when the TSV kicked off that he had been up all the night before...I am sure there is a lot of working setting up all those plants...any wonder he was tired...he was probably up for more then 24 hours....carrying all those heavy pots of plants has got to be tiring as well....
