iris seeds

Ever plant them ? I've always planted bulbs but DH collected seed pods and wants me to use them. Any words of wisdom?

If they are hybrid irises, the seeds will not come true to the hybrid. Division of irises assures the same colors on the plant. You may want to experiment with the seeds and see what colors come up.
