I have posted a few times in the past that when I get a mosquito bite it swells up to the size of a golf ball and it burns like someone is holding a cigarette to my skin. It's not really itchy as much as it burns.
Up until now ice is the only thing that helped me.
Yesterday morning I woke up with a mosquito bite and I decided to try one of my anti-inflammatory oils on it. The calendula oil worked and worked fast. I kept applying it throughout the morning and then again throughout the evening when I got home. Today it is very small and doesn't itchy or burn at all. I have been applying the oil this morning and again this evening and hope it will be gone entirely by tomorrow.
I can't tell you how happy I am about this. This has been a lifelong struggle.
