I have wanted to try the Ultimate Eye Support. I currently take Astaxanthin but I don't see a different with it. I was hoping it would reduce my floaters but nada.
I go to the eye doctor in July, so I will be interested to see if she notices any difference since I will have been taking it for almost a full year by then.

I wonder if Andrew will address the new information about Vitamin D3 that's been all over the news.

Maybe not on air, but possibly a blog. He hasn't put out a blog since November I think.

What new information?

There is a thread on here about it. It's about people who are walking around with their D3 levels that test over 100 and the dangers of that.
People are assuming incorrectly that that means not to take high amounts of D3 even if your doctor prescribed it.
You have to be taking an inordinate amount of D3 supplements to test at over 100.

Over 100 is too much. I had mine checked last year & it was 62. I take Andrew Lessmans Vit D3. I take 5500 IU daily.

For whatever reason, I can't get in the Optimal range of your chart. According to the lab I have my blood drawn at deficient is anything under 30 so there are varying opinions of what is desirable.
If you are not using Andrew Lessman's D3 I would try it to see if you can get to the Optimal levels. I know my sister was using a D3 from the drugstore & hers did not go up much. I keep telling her to try Andrew's. He makes D3 with 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 or 5000 IU per capsule. I always buy it when he has it as a TS.
