BJs has organic chia seeds. I got them for my coworker and she loves them. I think she uses them for her smoothies.

Thanks everyone! I am making a trip to Costco tomorrow so I will check it out and probably will buy it there as the price will probably be the best. I trust Nutiva too as that is the brand of coconut I buy (and have for years).

I don't know what BJs is. I know we don't have any over here. Are they on the East coast?

ALPHA-OMEGA BREAKFAST PUDDING*

Ingredients:

3 medium apples, cored, cubed, with skin on (organic Ambrosia apples recommended)

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp ground chia seeds

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp minced ginger root

Optional (boosters)

1 tsp honey

1 tsp maca powder

2 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions: Bring apples and water to a boil in a medium saucepan, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Mash in pot with whisk or fork.

Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

Makes 2 large or 3 small servings
