LLP (Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint) essential oils blend for allergy relief.

I have been using topically for my allergies. I have been reading about taking it by capsules. There are a few brands that are ok for taking internally.

Has anyone tried this? Any success to report?

Lavender makes me sneeze, so no. {#emotions_dlg.scared}

Also, be very careful with essential oils on the skin. Oils like lemon (citrus) are photosensitive and can cause burns. They need to be diluted and used with carrier oils.

Thank you, I do understand that many EO need carrier oils. The allergy blend is designed to be applied NEAT or ingested in capsule form.
