The two researchers that wrote the study have admitted the data on which it is based cannot be verified. You can read articles by doing a web search. - Bird

I have to admit that I've rarely fallen for this kind of information when it comes to diet. I've always pretty much known that good food choices and good nutrition and exercise are the key (even if I haven't always followed this advice), but one time I think when the Green Coffee Bean Extract was a TSV (?) I purchased it. I know, I know, but I had been doing my own, casual research and thought I'd give it a whirl. Didn't expect miracles, but it didn't do anything, of course.

Didn't Dr. Oz get called to testify before Congress about this nonsense and was pretty much reamed by them over it?
