Super happy...losing weight without extra effort

I am almost 50, menopausal and that belly fat was driving me nuts.

My sister started telling me she was losing with using some coconut oil in her diet.

I have also been losing weight by drinking this certain combo of: protein, veggie, coconut oil shake. It's delicious and one of the healthiest things you can put in your body while still feeling full, losing weight, improving memory, and softening your skin so it's almost silky feeling..no joke!

I throw in some banana and some of walmarts frozen fruits then make sure to have a huge salad for lunch too...that's it and I am now back in my size 6. 15 years ago I was in a size 16 so I am very health conscious...I can't afford not to be!

Recipe for the shake? I get it that it's coconut oil, whey protein, and greens, but how much of each and what else do you put in it (besides nuts and berries)? Water? Juice? TIA.
