Anyone taking shilajit???

Recently a friend recommended shilajit and how beneficial she thought it was...i'm wondering if any of the ladies or gents on this forum have had any experience with it???

Didn't know what it was so looked it up. Why does your friend use it? An explanation would be very helpful.

My friend says it contains a large amount of minerals that the body needs ...she's been taking it for weeks and she said it boosts her energy tremendously....
