Even the diehards have to agree some CrossFit practices can be over-the-top. Proving the point, a major food chain making a prime time, tongue-in-cheek commercial about it! Hilarious!!

I thought this was really funny, too. 
For a sec, I thought I was the only one that saw it! 
I also like the way the guy is kinda slump shouldered & 'milk toast'...doing these 'hard core' things. Funny.
