Any recommendations for walking & light weight use videos?

Want to start in house walking type exercises and other exercises using light weights. Any recommendations on what's available now? ( used to use Sansom tapes many years ago ). T I A.

Check out some of Leslie Sansome's newer videos. There are some that use hand weights. Instead of DVDs you can download the workouts with Walk TV. Cheaper and easier to use.

Jane Fonda's Prime Time Walk Out DVD, 2 low impact routines that each equal a mile. Designed for age 50+, no equipment necessary and only need a small space to do the routines.

Leslie Sansone makes a series of walk at home DVD's. To see if you like what she does, you can go to youtube for samples. Here's a link to the sample one-mile walk:

You don't even need to buy a DVD now if you can use the youtubes for a while to see if it works for you. She also has a DVD where she uses a band and another she uses weights.

She also has a website you can check out. If you decide to get a DVD (Amazon or maybe ebay), it's difficult to choose because she has many, but for starters I would suggest Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection with 4 complete workouts. The first is a one-mile get up and get started walk. She wears a blue sleeveless top on the cover of that one.

YouTube's a great idea. Good way to find who or what you like and if you decided to buy there are piles of DVDs on eBay or even in thrift shops some of them never used.
