Continuing eye problems

I have been on Restasis twice a day for several months with success and improved tear production per my eye dr. This last week my left eye has ached and bothered me. My eye dr put me on Lotemax for the weekend, with instructions to see her if my eye has discharge which it doesn't. It bothered me enough today I took Alleve and went to sleep. Now this evening my other eye feels dry. Anyone else experience ongoing problems like this? I was recently examined by her with glowing reports.
