I feel silly posting this, but am hoping I'll get talked into not worrying so much. I am scheduled to have a CT Scan tomorrow. I don't even know how to describe my symptom - I am not having any trouble breathing and I'm not out of breath. I just feel like I have to take a deep breath. I was also on some blood pressure medicine for many years that caused leg swelling. When the doctor took me off of that in January, the swelling went way down but not totally. I'm working with the doctor on getting that down, and she's not worried about me. I'm more paranoid, because my husband passed away from a pulmonary embolism 3 years ago, and I am driving myself crazy! I have become the biggest worrier since his sudden death. I'm not afraid of the test, but afraid of what they'll find. I know it's ridiculous, and my reasonable side says, you'll either get peace of mind or you'll deal with what they find. Any wise advice?
