He sent me an article I'm going to read about why supplements are bad for us -- he thinks they increase the risk of heart disease. I have osteo and am taking a magnesium-calcium supplement and the mag. helps me sleep but am thinking of switching back to mag. only.
Don't misunderstand and think I'm asking the "group" to decide what supplements I take -- I'm going to read & talk w/my rheumatologist and make my own decision. I'm just throwing out this subject for discussion.
