Headache/Migraine for 4 days, please give advice on what works for you!

Woke up again with what feels like my head is in a vice from above my temples and wrapping around the back of my head. OTC migraine meds aren't working and I've never had a headache this long, going to call my Rheumy(I have lupus) when they open, don't have a neurologist. Any advice would be appreciated.
