I am a big fan of good customer service. I bought a blood pressure monitor that connects to my computer so I can record the results. The unit worked but getting it to communicate with my PC was another story. I sent it back (Amazon of course... credit within two days). Then I had a bright idea to call Omron directly. The walked me through installation online of their software (told me the disk was probably without the latest fix). The conversation lasted 20 minutes step by step. I then went back to Amazon and had one more question. I called Omron back, same gal, Theresa. Once again the same polite attention. Wow, impressive. I just wanted to make a positive comment about a company that values its customers. My new unit is on its way.
