I don't come on here often but everyone seems so kind and helpful that I felt I could get some help. I've had tendonitis in my right elbow for the last 3 months or so. I've been to an orthopedic dr. who dx it and than gave me some exercises to do. I did those but they didn't really help so he gave me oral cortisone. That helped for a couple of weeks but the pain came back so I have an appt. next week to get cortisone injected right into the joint. I would rather not do that as I want a permanent fix (I'm beginning to wonder if that's possible). Forgot to mention that I've also been wearing an elbow brace. Is there anything else I can do? Should I be limiting how much I use my arm, exercising more (like pilates)? Any suggestions will be so appreciated. Thanks.
