Buyer Be Ware, GILI Bordeaux Gusset Crossbody Bag

I noticed this bag came back in stock, or so I thought and was still full price even though a lot of the GILI bags are on clearance or sold "as is". I think it is really a cute bag so I ordered the saddle. It came today and I was shocked to say the least. It was obvious that it was a used bag. There were scratches all over the front buckle and the leather on the bag was also scratched. Of course, back it goes, but cannot believe QVC would indulged in such practices. They must really think we are all stupid.

Mark as defective and send back. Make sure that you don't get charged for returned shipping.
