How do you get drippings from Chanukah candles off the top of the stove?

The stove was the only place I felt safe to put the menorah. I am using a dobie pad but you might know of an easier way. Thank you for any suggestions.

Don't put the stove on. Wax sets fire over a certain temp. How about ice, like clothes?

Or Goo Gone, but test first.

ice cold putty knife

cleaning fluid or regular lighter fluid could remove residue......but I wouldn't recommend messing with those things........

Scrape with something that won't scratch stove. Then use Goo Gone;-))

I think you'd want to first freeze the wax by placing ice cubes over it and then using a credit card to scrape the wax off. Good luck.
