Interesting! But the hat is too small and should cover the entire top. And the tope should only cover the box itself - not come down so low.

I actually think it's kind of cute; especially since it's only seasonal. I wouldn't want anything similar for my permanent mailbox but this is very creative, IMO.

the rope was hot glued to the mailbox so i am wondering how difficult it will be to get it off when the time comes! i would not want to walk outside and see that!
