Difference between $99 Bliss Lights and $159 Bliss Lights

Does anyone know what the difference is? They both seem to cover the same area.

I have both types and the only difference I can see is the more expensive ones have a metal housing and the less expensive one is resin. They project the same.

The resin one is in the as is section for $59. Red and green h205124.
