For the life of me I cannot understand why this darn post has been on this forum for so long? And don't tell me that you have seen requests for it't removal before, cause if there has been, I haven't seen them. It is just a waste of space. Don't you agree?

When they asked for our opinions on the forum, I suggested they remove these long threads once a month. Now I've changed my mind, if other people like them and keep them going, its fine with me. I just never bother with long threads. I believe the compromise they came up with was to take them down once a year, but maybe that has been changed again.

I've never read it, but it's apparently a thread that many posters enjoy. I say - what is it bothering to simply leave it up?
I just bypass it on my way to more interesting threads. No harm, no foul.

What "Fiestaware Thread"? I haven't ever seen it, don't see it now.........and certainly am not bothered by its existence, if it exists.
Why in the world would anyone be troubled by the existence of a bulletin board thread, for goodness' sake? It's "long"? Who cares? If you don't want to read it, just don't go there! Leave it alone.

Are you talking about one post within the thread, or the entire thread?
I don't understand if there is something considered wrong with the thread. It's easily avoidable, should one wish.
Compared to some of what this Kitchen forum has become (it's either about dump cooking or some people think it's their own personal Facebook or Twitter page), the Fiesta thread has been pretty benign - unless something has changed drastically since I was last on that thread.

I disagree. If you are not interested in the thread don't open it. It is really that simple. Many others enjoy the thread.
