Peacock Feather Round Placements Shown on ShopHQ Tiffany Show

Yesterday on ShopHQ's Tiffany's shows they featured their TS which was a Peacock Lamp. They displayed the 3 choices on peacock feather round placements which they said they had found at a nationwide chain store. Any idea where they found these? Anyone seen these placements anywhere? The lamps looking stunning on these.

They said they bought the supplies to make the ring of feathers around the base at Michael's craft store.
