Would You Dare?

I noticed some 5' trees on "As Is." I'm tempted to buy one as an additional tree for the family room, but not sure if I trust the "As Is" for a tree. I can't imagine the hassle to return if it is defective. Would you dare?

I have bought "As is" items....not a tree...and never had a problem with them...I do agree...it would be a pain if you needed to return...but there is no guarantee when you purchase new..something could be wrong with that, too....so if its a good price....purchase it...

If an item you purchase on "As Is" is defective, is the return shipping waived?
