Finally found something that really cleans the shower floor!

After reading and trying several possible cleaning ideas for the shower floor (not tile), finally found one that worked for me. Tried Scrubbing Bubbles, Dawn mixed with Epsom salt ( a Dr. Oz feature ), and plain old Comet Cleanser: All to no avail. Got my porcelain kitchen sink cleanser - Barkeeper's Friend - found at Walmart for about $2. It's not supposed to scratch surfaces. Spread it on the shower floor and let it sit for 30minutes. Used a long handled brush and the streaks disappeared! ( I've seen the same can go for just under $ 6 at a kitchen outlet, so be careful and check the prices. )

Is this a powdered cleanser in a cylindrical can?

Yes and it has no smell like other cleansers. It makes the kitchen porcelain sink sparkle and I don't wear plastic gloves when using it as I did when I used the chlorine cleansers!

This also comes in a soft cleanser too and a soft one for cooktop stoves, I have a black cooktop that looks like new with this cleanser. The cooktop is also great for shower doors

They have a spray too but I have found it yet.

Did you ever try dawn mixed w/ vinegar half and half? Warmed and let sit 20 minutes?

Yes! And I love Lysol with bleach, in the green bottle for my porcelain sink!

I use baking soda on my tub, and it works really well too...better than Soft Scrub.
