Glad to hear that. I never used Huggable Hangers before but I heard good things about them so I decided to buy. Need some spring cleaning in the closet. I was frustrated watching the presentation being unfamiliar with the product that in the 25 minutes that I watched they did not demonstrate the clips. I'm not sure if they did at the beginning before I watched but they never really showed how to use the hangers - just kept focusing on before/afters. I'm sure I can figure it out.

I ordered a set, along with her TS jewelry box. I wish the Q would learn from HSN and consider offering free shipping more often! That was one of the main reasons i order the OTO and TS.
